As part of the Turbulator project, five members of the Oficina Arara collective from Porto stayed in Belgrade from 9th to 18th of November, 2022. During the residency, the book “EX-VOTOS PARA O SEC XXI” by Miguel Carneiro was printed in the riso printing technique. The book is now available at Matrijaršija studio in Belgrade and Oficina Arara in Porto.

During the residency, the following posters were printed using the screen printing technique:

1. João Selva , poster titled “Matrijaršija”. The original drawing printed on this occasion had been created during the first residency of Oficina Arara in 2016. Six years later, the drawing was screen-printed in the Matrijaršija’s studio.
One color, 50×70 cm, 70 copies.

2. Miguel Carneiro, poster tited “Ex voto”. Three colors, 50×70 cm, 130 copies.

3. Rui Silva, poster titled “I heard it through the grapevine”. Three colors, 50×70 cm, 130 copies.

4. Gonzalo Duarte, poster called “Birdman”. Four colors, 50×70 cm, 130 copies.

5. Albert Tannat (Tiago Raimundo), poster called “Wolf tiger carpet”. Three colors, 50×70 cm, 130 copies.

During their stay, a collective exhibition “Tuurbarara” was organized in the Street Gallery in Belgrade . The exhibition was opened on the 15th and lasted until the 25th of November. 9 original paintings each one of the size 170×140 cm, created during the artists’ residency were on display.
